Protocols & Import

The GigaTap app works with common proxy/VPN profile formats through the Xray core and makes import available from links, QR codes, and files.

Supported protocols

• VLESS
• VMess
• Trojan
• Shadowsocks
• Hysteria

Supported import formats

• Xray JSON
• VLESS, VMess, Trojan, and Shadowsocks links
• Clash.Meta subscription files
• Hysteria 2 URI
• Link, QR, and file-based import

Subscriptions can auto-update when the source supports it. You can also export and import configs and settings when you need a backup or device transfer.

How to import

1. Open the add source or import screen.
2. Choose link, QR, or file.
3. Import the GigaTap subscription or supported config.
4. Refresh the server list.
5. Use Smart Connection or choose a server manually.
