Diagnostics explain connection problems in plain language. They are meant to help you understand whether the issue is local network access, DNS, TLS, reachability, profile import, or the selected route.

Diagnostics run locally on your device. Results are redacted so secrets and raw endpoints do not leave the device through the diagnostic report.

What diagnostics check

• Local network availability.
• DNS behavior.
• TLS and reachability symptoms.
• Whether an imported profile appears usable.
• Common connection failure patterns.

How to use diagnostics

1. Try to connect normally.
2. If the connection fails or keeps dropping, open Diagnostics.
3. Run the recommended checks.
4. Read the plain-language result before changing profiles.
5. Share only the redacted result with support if you need help.

Do not paste raw subscription links, private configs, or unredacted endpoints into public chats.
