What to do if your platform is not covered
Use Clients Setup for supported fallback clients and profile import guidance. The app documentation here covers the first-party GigaTap app, while setup pages cover access steps and fallback client paths.
Before reporting a platform issue
- Confirm that your platform is listed as supported.
- Update the app to the latest available version.
- Refresh your subscription or imported config.
- Run Diagnostics.
- Send only redacted results to support.
